Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Akira X Taekwondo website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Program Participation

Participation in our martial arts programs requires:

• Completion of registration and waiver forms
• Payment of applicable fees
• Adherence to academy rules and code of conduct
• Appropriate martial arts attire and equipment

Health and Safety

Students participate in martial arts training at their own risk. All participants must:

• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Follow instructor guidance and safety protocols
• Respect fellow students and instructors

Payment and Refunds

Class fees are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon registration. Refund policies vary by program and will be communicated during enrollment.

Code of Conduct

All students and parents must:

• Show respect for instructors, fellow students, and facilities
• Follow academy rules and martial arts etiquette
• Maintain appropriate behavior on and off the training floor

Liability

Akira X Taekwondo is not liable for injuries that may occur during training or events. All participants train at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for students who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
